Connor Snow Fitness (connorsnowfitness.com)
Last updated: 8 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Connor Snow Fitness collects, why, and how it's handled, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
Connor Snow Fitness is operated by Connor Snow (“we,” “us,” “our”), trading as Connor Snow Fitness.
Contact: connorsnow256@gmail.com
Business address: 14 Curlbrook Close, Wootton Fields, Northampton
We are the data controller for the personal data described below.
2. What we collect
Account information: name, email address, and password (stored securely and never visible to us in plain text).
Health and fitness data: weight, body measurements, progress photos, training programme details, workout logs, nutrition targets, and your own notes on energy, sleep, and how you're finding your training. This is sensitive personal data, and we only collect what's needed to coach you effectively.
Communications: messages you send us through the platform, and any check‑in notes you submit.
Payment information: we never see or store your card details directly. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and basic billing status.
Booking information: if you book a consultation or session, this is handled by Cal.com, our scheduling provider.
Technical data: basic information needed to keep you securely logged in (see Cookies, below).
3. Why we collect it
We use your data to:
- Create and manage your account
- Deliver your coaching service — build and adjust your training programme, review your check‑ins, respond to your messages
- Process your subscription payment
- Communicate with you about your coaching (and, occasionally, essential service updates)
- Keep the platform secure and working properly
4. Our legal basis for processing
- Contract: most of what we do (delivering your coaching programme, processing payment) is necessary to provide the service you've signed up for.
- Consent: submitting progress photos and personal health notes is something you actively choose to do — you're never required to.
- Legitimate interest: basic technical data needed to keep the platform secure and working.
5. Who we share your data with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the platform. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for marketing purposes.
| Provider | What they do | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Hosts our database, handles login, and stores progress photos securely | Account data, health/fitness data, photos |
| Stripe | Processes subscription payments | Billing information (we never see full card details) |
| Resend | Sends account-related emails (confirmation codes, notifications) | Your email address |
| Cal.com | Manages consultation and session bookings | Your name and email, for booking purposes |
| Vercel | Hosts the website itself, and provides cookieless, aggregate visit analytics | Basic technical/connection data |
Each of these providers is contractually required to protect your data and only use it to provide their service to us.
6. International transfers
Some of the providers above may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on their own compliance with UK-approved safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your data stays protected to the same standard.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you return or for legal/accounting reasons. If you'd like your account and data deleted sooner, contact us and we'll action it, subject to any legal retention requirements (e.g. payment records).
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. for progress photos)
To exercise any of these, contact us at connorsnow256@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data hasn't been handled properly.
9. Security
Your data is protected with encryption in transit, access controls that ensure only you and your trainer can see your own information, and private, non-public storage for progress photos.
10. Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you securely logged in. We don't use tracking, advertising, or marketing cookies.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they use. It's cookieless and doesn't identify you individually or track you across other sites.
11. Children
This service is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know.
